Craig Medley

Craig grew up in the construction industry and has been a licensed General Contractor for over 24 years. In 2008, Craig joined Air Systems Service & Construction's Project Management Team and it was then that he fell in love with the Mechanical Industry. From on-the-job training to completing the MET program at Sac City College, he quickly put these skills to use and successfully ran ASSC's Service Department. In 2017, Craig became the General Manager. He also serves on the 104 District 2 JATC Board and the Sacramento SMACNA Board.

Jim has over 45 years of experience in mechanical contracting. Jim started his career as an HVAC residential apprentice then pivoted to commercial construction where he ran large complex projects as a General Superintendent. Jim transitioned to management when he joined Air Systems Service & Construction in 1996 and has performed multiple roles such as project management, construction management and pre-construction services. Jim is a past board member of Sacramento SMACNA

Brian has over 25 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. Brian started his career in public Accounting, with a national CPA and BID Big 4 Firm. Prior to joining Air Systems Service and Construction Brian served as CFO for distribution and real estate development companies. A native Sacramentan, Brian has served his community through Rotary Club of Roseville and the Granite Bay Jr. Grizzly Organizations.

Gregg Perry

Gregg has over 25 years of experience in mechanical contracting. Gregg started his career in the Bay Area performing Service Sales and quickly grew into sales management and operations. Prior to joining Air Systems Service and Construction Gregg served as Vice President of a large West Coast Mechanical and Service Company. He also services as a Board Member on both Bay Area SMACNA and Cal SMACNA.

Vince has 13 years of experience in the construction industry, after graduating from California State University Sacramento. Vince spent 9 years working for a general contractor, and then made the move to join the team at ASSC in 2018. He has developer-lead project experience, occupied facility construction experience, and significant experience with fast-paced, short time-frame project schedules. Vince is also moving his role from Project Management to Director of Business Development.

Austin started off his career as an estimating assistant, found his passion in the construction industry.  Using his 10 years of experience in both larger mainstream project as well as smaller fast paced projects, Austin climbed his way up to the estimating manager position here at ASSC.

Ryan has 16 years of experience in the mechanical industry.  Ryan started his career at ASSC as an apprentice in 2006. Since then, he has grown into different levels of management at the company, from a field lead and foreman, to general foreman and now the BIM/VDC department manager. He now serves the field by leveraging the power of BIM to support our construction teams.

I’ve been in many capacities of the business including but not limited to project management and ownership.  I am enjoying my current role as special projects manager.  I thrive on the quick turn around quick hit projects.  I enjoy working with the sales team and watching them grow and succeed in the industry.

Brent has over 30 years in the construction industry including Controls, Start up, Testing/Balance and Commissioning. Brent has acted in the capacity of Foreman, General Foreman and Superintendent. Brent has been with the company since 1996.

Jeremy Hobbs

Jeremy has been in the mechanical contracting industry since 1997 and began his career at ASSC as an apprentice in the Sheet Metal Workers Training Program. Jeremy has since held various positions with ASSC over the course his career including on site supervisor for several major mechanical projects and now oversees all aspects of the HVAC field installation as ASSC’s Sheet Metal Superintendent. Jeremy has attended various educational and leadership courses through organizations such as FMI, SMACNA and APMC

Rob Arrighini

Rob has been in the mechanical contracting field for 10 years. Rob started his career at ASSC as a pre apprentice and worked his way up to superintendent in very short time. He has experience in hydronics, process piping, med gas, refrigeration, plumbing and civil underground. He possesses numerous certifications including OSHA 30 and has been responsible for training and safety. Rob is comfortable with design build or plan and spec. He has experience running projects ranging from fast track T.I.’s to out of the ground new construction projects.

Kevin Undercoffer

Kevin has 30 years of experience in the HVAC AINDUSTRY.
He served as an apprentice in the Sheet Metal Workers Training Program.
Kevin has held various positions throughout his career.
Some of these have included detailing, field and shop foreman as well as onsite supervisor on several hospital projects.
He has continued to refine his skills through organizations such as SMACNA, FMI and APMC.
