Vince Haycox

Vince has 13 years of experience in the construction industry, after graduating from California State University Sacramento. Vince spent 9 years working for a general contractor, and then made the move to join the team at ASSC in 2018. He has developer-lead project experience, occupied facility construction experience, and extensive experience with fast-paced, short time-frame project schedules. Vince has recently moved his role from Project Management to Director of Business Development.

Rob Arrighini

Rob Arrighini

Rob has been in the mechanical contracting field for 10 years. Rob started his career at ASSC as a pre apprentice and worked his way up to superintendent in very short time. He has experience in hydronics, process piping, med gas, refrigeration, plumbing and civil underground. He possesses numerous certifications including OSHA 30 and has been responsible for training and safety. Rob is comfortable with design build or plan and spec. He has experience running projects ranging from fast track T.I.’s to out of the ground new construction projects.

Austin Voges

Austin started off his career as an estimating assistant, found his passion in the construction industry. Using his 10 years of experience in both larger mainstream project as well as smaller fast paced projects, Austin climbed his way up to the estimating manager position here at ASSC.

Jeremy Hobbs

Jeremy has been in the mechanical contracting industry since 1997 and began his career at ASSC as an apprentice in the Sheet Metal Workers Training Program. Jeremy has since held various positions with ASSC over the course his career including on site supervisor for several major mechanical projects and now oversees all aspects of the HVAC field installation as ASSC’s Sheet Metal Superintendent. Jeremy has attended various educational and leadership courses through organizations such as FMI, SMACNA and APMC

Brent Mullens

Brent has over 30 years in the construction industry including Controls, Start up, Testing/Balance and Commissioning. Brent has acted in the capacity of Foreman, General Foreman and Superintendent. Brent has been with the company since 1996.

Kevin Undercoffer

Kevin has 30 years of experience in the HVAC AINDUSTRY.
He served as an apprentice in the Sheet Metal Workers Training Program.
Kevin has held various positions throughout his career.
Some of these have included detailing, field and shop foreman as well as onsite supervisor on several hospital projects.
He has continued to refine his skills through organizations such as SMACNA, FMI and APMC.

Sierra Bloom

Sierra has over 9 years in the industry. She began her career as a service dispatcher. Her love of helping people opened the door to her current role as Service Administrative Manager. Sierra is an integral part of the leadership team that supports our internal service division. She acts as the conduit between the office and the field, all while managing our office team to ensure amazing customer service.

Brittney Lopez

Brittney worked as a nursing assistant for 5 years before starting with ASSC in 2015 as an assistant project coordinator in our special projects department. Over the years at ASSC, she moved over to our Larger Mainstream department and has worked with our team on the Northbay Hospital Expansion, Solano Labs, FDA, and many more. She has moved up to become our Senior Project Coordinator and runs our PC Department. In her free time, Brittney loves to craft and spend time with her family.

Chad DeBeer

Chad De Beer, with over a decade of experience in the IT industry, is currently the IT Operations Manager at Air Systems Service & Construction. His expertise spans IT Procurement, Server Management, and Project Management, among others. Previously, he held positions at Pebble Beach Company, and Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula. His diverse skill set and extensive experience make him a valuable asset.
