This easy to use checklist enables our field staff to accurately record the pertinent features of a building that influence the mechanical design, thus stream-lining the turn around time for design drawings.
We also have additional staff available to produce the required CAD documents.
Custom fabrication:
Our fabrication shop is tuned in to the special needs of this market, and has committed to quick turn around times.
Special Projects will receive their product in 3 days or less. We have a color code assigned to our fabrication sheets depending on the urgency level, and have a mechanism in place for immediate fabrication and delivery when needed
Common Materials:
We have developed a strategic partnering arrangement with key vendors to insure prompt service for our clients.
In addition, we have a broad inventory of commonly used bought out and shop fabricated products.
Manpower:
We have a steady crew of qualified tradesmen in sheet metal, plumbing, and controls, that are committed to serving our special projects clients.
In addition, we are affiliated with Sheet Metal Workers Local #162 and Pipe Fitters Local #447, and can use these resources when extra manpower is needed.
Accelerated Schedules:
We are very familiar with the unique nature of the market. More often than not, there is a critical deadline associated with the project. We understand how to maximize productivity and coordinate with other crafts in reaching the schedule benchmarks. Some of the items above address this issue.
Budgets:
We pride ourselves on our ability to design a project tailored to the owner's budget. We can offer a wide variety of systems that will serve the owner's needs and suit the circumstances of the project.
In addition, we offer our services at a reduced hourly rate to help control costs in this very competitive market.
Property Managers:
We understand that we are often guests in someone's occupied building, and we know how to conduct ourselves accordingly.
We have trained our staff in the procedures to follow when working in this type of environment, and have developed a checklist to follow to insure seamless integration of the construction.
