Air Systems’ fabrication plant is located in a 20,000 sq. ft. facility in the Sacramento area. Our standard manufacturing and custom fabrication employs the latest technology to serve our customers need for rapid response and consistently high quality.
Our HVAC, Plumbing and DDC Controls assemblies are produced by highly qualified union tradespersons who, along with significant hands-on experience, have also completed a 5-year apprenticeship program in their field of expertise.

We employ Lean Production techniques, and embrace a “just in time” methodology to enhance our ability to be fluid, mobile, and flexible in our manufacturing processes. This proven philosophy is truly cutting edge… and is he new industry standard for cost efficient production and quick turnaround.
The newest addition to our fabrication process is our 3-D auto-CAD detailing program. This program provides us the ability to detail intricate mechanical and plumbing systems, and to send the HVAC cut sheets and piping spool lists directly to the shop for fabrication. The ductwork we install literally goes from the drawing to the burn table without any intermediate steps!
