245,400 square foot automotive technician training facilities. 119,000 square foot of S-3 occupancy with gas and diesel engine, paint booth and welding exhaust systems conditioned with energy recovery air conditioning units. The office and classrooms are conditioned by hot water reheat VAV mechanical systems with roof top air cooled air conditioning units and dual gas fired boiler plants.

A new five-building addition to the Roseville Joint Unified School District. This high school (grades 9 through 12) consists of building “L” (library & administration), building “G” (gym), building “S” (science), building “T” (technology), and building “CP” (central plant). The project scope includes a full central plant including redundant boilers, chillers, and cooling towers with underground site distribution to fourteen four pipe AHU’ throughout the campus.

One (1) three (3) story office building approximately 100,000 square feet, conditioned by a Hot Water Re-heat VAV Mechanical System, with rooftop air cooled air conditioning unit and central rooftop gas fired boiler. Air Systems was the Engineer of Record for Mechanical Design and will be completed the Commissioning document submittal.

Two (2) story office building approximately 65,000 square feet. Conditioned by a dual duct VAV mechanical system, with a rooftop air cooled air conditioning unit and a rooftop gas furnace. This building is targeted to achieve LEED Silver certification in 2010.

A 23,000 sq foot Tenant Improvement, utilizing dual ducts VAV’s in a new two (2) story shell building. This project is targeted for LEED gold certification. Our LEED scope includes performing the fundamental commissioning of the project (EAp1.0), creating an energy model of the TI space (EAp2.0, EAc1.3), ensuring proper ventilation for the space and monitoring OA (IEQp1.0, IEQc1.0), and performing a proper flush prior and during occupancy (IEQc3.2).
