5 Year Limited Warranty
A unique feature of our program is that we supply a comprehensive warranty of our parts and service for five (5) years when you retain Air Systems as your mechanical maintenance provider.
As our Preventive Maintenance customer, we guarantee that our service and material will be free from defects from the date of initial service and repair of your equipment, for a period of five (5) years.
If for any reason a defect occurs during this warranty period, Air Systems will repair or replace the product at no additional charge as long as your account remains in good standing.

This warranty will not apply to parts, material or workmanship if Air Systems Of Sacramento determines that the defect is a direct result of improper operation, negligence, vandalism or alterations, modifications, abuse, work preformed by another contractor, or any causes beyond Air Systems Of Sacramento's reasonable control. This warranty is non-transferable.
Air Systems Of Sacramento will not be liable for any default or delay in performance hereafter caused by any contingency beyond Air Systems Of Sacramento's control including government restrictions or restraints, strikes, floods or short reduced supply of parts or materials. This warranty only applies to the parts, materials and workmanship performed by Air Systems Of Sacramento at location of original performance.
