Fabrication Group
SHOP DRAWINGS and how they relate to FABRICATION:
- Post trade coordination contruction drawings are created. Annotation including price numbers, length, dimension, elevation, and offset are added to the drawing to assist the field installation.
- The softare has a reporting capabillity that provides numerous reports which are generated for both fabricated and purchased items
- Purchased items are released to the PA
- Project specific fabrication and delivery requirements in addition to scheduling information are transmitted to the shop
- Fabricated materials are “cammed” to the shop for fabrication in pre-determined batches to maximize production
- Spool sheets are generated for prefabrication and installation
- Filed package is assembled and handed off to the field.
